Career Counselling for Aboriginal Youth: The Journey Inward, The Journey Outward, Participant's Manual was developed by master educators, Aboriginal professionals, Aboriginal youth and Elders, and counsellors using a participatory approach that consulted with Manitoba First Nations' communities, Tribal Councils, and agencies. The development team included G. Ann Charter, Dushant Persaud, Anne Poonwassie, Stan W. Williams, and David Zinger. This Participant Manual was designed to provide knowledge and skills to individuals involved in assisting Aboriginal youth who are exploring their career choices. This guide and the Facilitator's Manual use a methodology based on the vision quest to provide participants with a way to connect to the experiences of their Aboriginal youth clientele.
