Cecelia Rose LaPointe, Ojibway/Métis, is Mashkiziibi (Bad River Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe or LaPointe Band of Ojibwe) and Kchiwiikwedong (Keweenaw Bay Indian Community - Michigan. Margaret Noodin is an American poet and Anishinaabemowin language teacher. She is Professor of English and American Indian Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Angela Mesic is an Anishinaabemowin language and curriculum educator.
