Kim Anderson (Cree/Métis) has devoted her ca­reer to researching and writing about the health and well-being of Indigenous families. She is an Associate Professor teaching Indigenous Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, Brantford. Co-editor Ms. Lavell-Harvard is currently President of the Ontario Native Women’s Association.
