They want to go to school just like the other children in this Inuit community and one day when they are bored they decide to ride the school bus to school. The dogs hide under a seat and when the bus unloads the students, the dogs sneak into school. After hiding again, the dogs drink from the water fountain. After they play with student coats and boots and nibble on some lunches. That is when the teacher finds the dogs and sends them home. The dogs do as they are told and end up back home sleeping on their favourite rugs. Siku and Kamik are good dogs. This leveled reader published by Inhabit Education is part of their Nunavummi Reading Series. Readers will enjoy the adventure of this humourous story.
